Enrollment Forms

To begin the enrollment process, please download and print the enrollment form. Submit your contract to the front office in person or by mail. Then, call to arrange a meeting and tour. We look forward to meeting you and your family!

 

The 2-3 Primary class is appropriate for children who are not potty-trained. Potty-trained 3-year olds should enroll in the 3-4 Primary class.
